For WordPress, you can use plugins like Smush, EWWW Image Optimizer, or ShortPixel. For Joomla, JCH Optimize or RSSEO! Image Optimization can be used. For Drupal, ImageOptim or ImageAPI Optimize are popular choices.

Use this offload plugin to Cloudflare Images starting at $5 a month image storage and optimization.
Will free up your server too since you are not serving images from it.
