I know vexels has some freelance designers. Reach out to them, maybe you can work part time.

Etsy has an option for selling downloadable files, you just register and start selling, no approval process required.
Creative Market is another platform where you can sell your vectors. Not sure about the registration process though.

You can go with Adobe Stock and Shutterstock. Just register and upload your vectors there.
