Currently, Google is scanning quite a lot and mainly abnormal errors with payment methods, it is very difficult to appeal those accounts. I tried to check and found that accounts with added payment cards from banks are very easily suspended. Instead, payments from shopping applications linked to personal bank accounts work well and stably. Do you encounter such problems or have a better way?

hi , i am always using internet banking and there is no problem
 
For me, Pst.net cards work well but charge 6% per top-up.

Depend on country to country (manual payments) load funds from debit card and secondary backup u may add CC. This will make your account more stable.

Have you tried just using agency ad accounts? You won't have to worry about billing issues with those.
 
in my country, most of we use Internet Banking option. smooth transaction.
 
PST is what I mainly use as well.

Never faced any issues thus far.

There are a lot of other VCC providers suitable for Google Ads
