which payment gateway to use for gambling app

I am working on a gambling app. In which bets are placed. My servers will be offshore for it and the app will not be put on playstore since its not allowed there. I am planning on putting it on a website and market it from there. I am real confused about which payment gateway in it? I have both american and indian bank accounts. Can anyone give me any ideas?

Are you getting a gambling license or not?
Without one no cc processor/gateway will take you.

To get a real processor and be legit, need to get a license in the US (not happening most likely) or EU country. I forget maybe Cyprus is common, they will def have upfront costs in the thousands keep in mind easily.
Then youll want to have credit card processing history with any business for 6 months with very low chargeback rate and decent volume.

Dont get me wrong there are TONS of people doing gambling with out licenses and working around it, but to be in an app store or something, youll need to be in order.
Otherwise I mean hey you can sell anything however you want thats up to you lol

Anyway, many people who are accepting credit cards for blackhat/prohibited items are either processing such a small amount that they stay under the radar, or they are constantly flipping accounts as fast as they are banned.
I know one pharma company for example that simply opens up 5 accounts every month or so lol. Theyjust churn and burn through them.
Some accounts can last months, some can last days, its a gamble. In some cases its better then nothing and the margins are so high they can afford to risk losing some funds when they get frozen.
 
what if i just integrate crypto currency. will that have enough traffic still? anyone did that here?
 
If you are going to operate without license, expect a lot of problems. As James2774 mentioned, you are going to have to deal with account closures and freezes at any time. If you want to know where to look, I would start at Table V of https://cseweb.ucsd.edu/~savage/papers/Oakland11.pdf#page=11. Obviously crypto alleviates part of this problem, but having to purchase bitcoin may be off-putting depending on who your market is.
 
Also, if you do not have any license, keep in mind to not process payments in some countries (US, Russia, Turkey, Japan, Norway, etc.) because Visa/MC will spot the traffic very quickly and flag your website.
You can find some PSPs accepting you without a license, but without any processing history and no solid business plan/background, it will be complicated.
Curacao license still works well for some PSPs.

Just to muddy the water, Malta is not the easiest place to get a licence however it is the best place to pay 0 tax on your earnings which is why all the casinos are based there, the Maltese created a bulletproof tax evasion system which has been functioning for years.

The easiest licence would be a Curacao licence then you can hide ownership behind a Maltese fiduciary, way too complicated to write in a post here, just call any Maltese fiduciary service for a consultation, the entire economy is based on money washing and evasion, they know exactly how to do it.
