I'm seeing that many person are using same panel maybe that offers Direct messages service with profile of lady or real looking profile photo like this one

Can someone tell me which Panel they use?

They have simply made the accounts and are sending DMs. You don’t have to use a panel for this

It's easy just get a bot which can make account and then send DMs untill that account is burned.

Panels don't offer services like these, you need a custom/public bot with HQ accounts, scrape targeted accounts yourself and then spam the hell out of them.

There is a panel that does this but if you ask me they're charging too much. Doing this by yourself would be much more affordable
