Which panel is working the YT display hours?

I tried several

smmlite
splexpanel
etc

I spent almost $ 20 and no such panel gave me promised results, which was hours of display
Soon they talk in high retention, but only the views were counted
"At least the views did not fall"!

But what I really wanted was to take hours on my channel

I put a video of 3 hours of duration and contracted the services of these panels where they say they have 80% retention!!

More after weeks only the views were counted by yt
"and only 90 hours"

buy between 2k and 4k views of each panel and none worked
entering the support of these panels are useless !!

if anyone has any recommendations for a panel that really works, because I can not spend more than 2 $

sorry to tell you but there are no panel that can offer the 80% watch-time views for 3 hours videos, that was our product and we don't provide it anymore, some panels still use that old description to sell low-retention views,
we can't control what others do.
