Well all paid traffic method are usually good, except a few like adfly and similar ones. It mainly depends on how optimised your landing page is. If you are looking for adsense PPC you will most likely get less traffic for your money but it will be very targeted.

If your website can produce a profit from PPC it is also very easy to upscale with a click of a button. If you look for other PPC providers as well such as adcenter and 7search they could be more cost effective in your niche.

Also have a look into buying banner ads on peoples websites that are in the same niche. With this method you usually pay per thousand impressions so a lot of they benefit from this comes down to how attractive your banner ad is. A good place to look for this type of traffic is buysellads.com needs a large starting budget but probably the most easiest to get a good ROI.

Those 2 above are the probably the best for direct traffic but if your website is designed for lead capture then have a look into Cost Per View (CPV). This type of traffic is very cheap but it is a numbers game with that as they are pop-ups when people visit the websites you assign in the settings. If you have a good optimised landing page then this can be the easiest method to upscale.

    Hope that helps.

Consider also offline advertising such as niche-relevant magazines and newspapers. Many of these publications have online components and are very cost-effective for targeting buyers largely overlooked by online marketers. Small display ads or even classified ads in offline publications, particularly around holidays and major events (such as the Olympics), can bring hordes of consumers with credit cards in hand.
