1. Doing cpa, blog, website that will bring $$ when you sleep
2. Doing freelance work, that will bring money as how much you work and when a project completed, your earning ended.

Personally I was liking the first one, it was a pleasure when I wake up morning and I earn $$ by cpa all night. But currently doing freelance work and I think it is also not bad.

Both are dizzy working , But CPA is good its for long term and too much marketing and capital needed , both are like frizy income streams to me .

Obviously #1 but it's not always stable, so #2 is a regular part of most online workers' routine. A stable online business will likely spread the eggs over several baskets, which, unless you hold several million U$ at a trust fund or dividends, will include for-hire projects as well as a passive income stream.
 
You need to do No.2 in order to fund developing your No.1 passive income streams... It doesn't just fall from the sky and it requires $$$ investment in addition to time investment.
 
I never liked Freelance work. It was like doing a 24x7 job, way too worse than 9-5! I gave up doing freelance work many many years ago and have decided not to do it again.

who doesn't wannt this "will bring $$ when you sleep"
number 1 is good but you need capital etc to crate it.
people do number 2 to earn money to do number 1.

I am doing everything - except Freelancing...ha ha ha

I love doing You Tube and these days I am growing my sites portfolio. (CPA and Adsense, Affiliate, etc.)

(Well I get small project requests every now and then but I have small team of employees that do it for me so I don't bother about it.)
 
It must be #1 for me. Way less stressful.
No deadlines, no complaints etc'...

I get more sadness with number 1. I don't know how many times after I rank a yt cpa videos, it get deleted by yt. After months of work to rank a keyword, suddenly get vanished by Google.
After spending months to develop a app and getting good install per day, first they limit the admob then also suspended the play store developer account
 
I go for '1', but I recommend doing smaller 'safe' niches and making many of them.
