Which one should I go with - FB Ads or AdWords?

Which one is more powerful to get strong leads if I pay for ads - FB Ads or AdWords? When I carefully look into those two giants, on most niches, (I think) FB Ads can bring stronger leads than AdWords. I'm just thinking of getting my feet wet on advertising and ewwww ... that costs somewhat amount of money to take risks. Honestly, I'm sitting on tight budget and don't want to waste it. Could someone help me to guide on doing ads? Thanks much.
