So I just downloaded the Immortals and I was getting ready to watch it when I was asked to enter a password to unzip the movie. Obviously you need to complete a leadbolt offer to get the password.

This gives me a lot of ideas, but it's still annoying as hell, lol.

That isn't nearly as bad as when I spent a day or so downloading partial .zip files to a movie from wupload... to in the end find out it was a PORN FILM intentionally mislabeled?!? I was so angry. :p
 
old method discussed here. most likely its a fake anyways dont bother. the real deal is usenet and using a search engine that shows you which ones use a pw so u wont fall for other marketers doing this .

Yeah bro. What was your second reaction other than BHW? Did you want to watch it more now, or just give up and watch something else?

You were probably angry, but bet you still watched it, LOL
 
Pro tip: If you are downloading something that's not out yet it will be fake.

Pro tip 2: Check comments/ratings before downloading. Torrent/usenet users report fakes quickly.
 
I had a torrent of it. It wasn't perfect, but definitely watchable.

Heads up: the movie sucks.
 
Well I use CPA offers on one of my sites, so I instantly knew what was going on. I just checked which network was being used. I liked some of the offers, like "download real player", which I think should convert relatively well.

LOL that sucks. I still had to download 800 MBs of god-knows-what.

I have downloaded torrents for ages, but what set this one apart was that some of the comments were actually positive. I guess blackhatters always find a way ;-)
