Which one is the real quality authority websites building service

I have searched the forum and find several authority websites building service, someone said good, someone said bad, most reviews are about communication fast, answer question fast, good theme, site delivered fast.
Those are basic standards for any business service.
people want others building site for them, as they cannot find low competitive keywords and cannot write high quality article, do good on-site SEO works, and hope site building service could do those and make keywords ranking easy.
There are several quality guides about how to build high quality authority websites.
according to my finding, most top page are long quality article, about 1000 - 3000 words, even more, include much useful information, many pragraphs, list, table, images, articles have many real comments, those articles are very professional, only less site have short articles and less pages.

I find most site building service here only provide several 500 words article, does it can rank well without link building or less cost link building [less than $300], don't see someone said they earning money by those site.

although i know the standard, but i cannot build it, so i want to use site building service, is't possible to invest $1000 to build a site that could earn $100/month? adsense should have at least 300-500ip per day, amazon review site should have at least 80-100ip per day, Am i right?

for myself, I never bought any such MNS myself, well, simple I got no budget lol, but why not build them yourself, you can buy longtailpro to do your long tail keyword research, then outsource articles or just write some lamb paragraphs to test the water, for SEO, maybe just some cheap packages could rank it or whatever.

If you got enough money I think you can invest this too, because I am very interested in this too, and have you checked Flippa ? Many cool sites there and sure a lot of junkie ones too, pick wise.

Back to the service, I would suggest, small buy to test each one and see reviews first, some people got fake reviews for sure.
