Which one is correct!?

I'm doing some keyword research, since I wanted to make few niche sites but got in frustration..
I did at first the research with MarketSamurai
And found 11 really good keywords which should be easy to rank, tested them a bit and seemed ok- but I didn't checked them with google traffic tool until now..
Anyone can tell me which of the result are the one at which I should look at?
The Local search volume or Global search volume?
I have in settings that the Local is UnitedStates,

I'm going to put some serious work and investment in all these keywords but I'm thinking now if it's even worth for those 6first results in the screenshot..

So Anyone can tell me - Is the Local Search volume the one which I should look at?
What could be explanation to that Search Voulume trends?- Is it glitch from google side or really that searches drop so much in those months or just now all the searches could be dropped that much? Those first keywords are City-targeted and non seasonal I think...

Seems that i have just wasted like whole week with those keywords- After checking google trends Seems that those keywords were REALLY high in those months Because of the market fail and everyone were searching for them but now the searches drops really-fast because no one is looking for them anymore.
But Of course damn Stupid MS still displayed that they have such an high traffic and should go for.

FUCK ME.. why does this happens to me..
