I'm having hard times staying in one place for more than a few minutes, let alone 10 years. Things change, people change career paths, changing their interests and million other reasons.
Overall I think that there's a good ratio between new and old members. The bottom line shows that this ratio is working.

For 13 years on this forum I read a lot of stories as people lost businesses, money, go to work on boss and etc.
