Which Networks have the best CC offers?

Hey guys, gonna move into CPA this month...my method will focus on Credit Card offers...looking for some input on which networks offer the best Credit Card offer payouts..I havn't joined any networks yet can't seem to preview any offers first which is the reason I ask ?

I use never blue for the most of my CC offers... good pay outs and most of the offers are pre approved... good luck with your promotions...

I opt for neverblue.com
I am doing work with them from last 14 months and they have really good offers and timely payouts.
