Which network provide copyright contents?

Most of current network partnership provide free or copyright music but i wonder if is there any network provide copyright videos.
I have a big social network but i dont wanna reupload video on youtube, it takes time and easy to be got flag so i have to build channel over and over again.
So, if any, please tell me

It can't be like that because youtube will punish the network.

Why is that? I thought its like TV broadast. Why is that illegal ???
