I am looking for a good network to work with,i just wondering,which network has the most CPI offers with best rate?

Which is the best network in your mind?

I would not agree with you Some big networks like Clickbooth, W4 or Convert2Media they just protect themself with required phone interview. They are not willing to work with newbies and they do have some exclusive offers and rates that cannot be found on those "newbie friendly" networks.
