Which Method is better for twice per month?

Hi, I can work on IM twice per month. Which method would be better suited for this.

For example, if you have a youtube channel you need to upload at least once per week.

What Method would you suggest for this?

Also I feel overwhelmed and I don't know which free or almost free method to choose...

free method isn't free
if you only post on one channel it's most likely the shorts / video won't suddenly go viral

so if you then decide to post on bulk channels then it comes to upfront investments for proxies and youtube accounts and cloud phones / antidetect browsers costs
and when it's bulk u need tons of time to post or pay for more than one VAs to post for you

Could you give a bit more info regarding your niche or just generally? Would gladly help with some advice but not a lot to go from here friend.

More details needed. But once per week or twice per month is usually zero in most setups
