Which method for artist profiles

I was wondering since an artist has different needs than a usual brand or service, which method would you recommend for a middle low profile artist that has press, gigs and stuff but quite low numbers in socials and plays.

I thought the mother child method should be bulletproof for a lot of cases in the longterm but maybe a bit of an overkill for a average profile that just needs now and then a boost?

Mother-Child strategy generally works great for music artists of all types from someone who is just getting started to even someone who has millions of followers on Spotify.
