which method do you prefer to get huge targeted traffic?

acturally I have done all the methods before and recently I am trying article marketing, forum promotion is very effective if you are talented in that era and have quite a lot of knowledge the others dont quite know

so, which method you prefer? Other methods are ok too

once I bought traffic it seems more economic than ppv, lol
the problem is ppv seems not so targeted, if really targeted traffic, then it would be worth enough

You are popping your ad over any URL that the current user of the PC is on at that very moment. So if they are looking at a URL like www. buyaciaiberry .com and you pop over that with YOUR aciai berry offer, how targeted do you think that is? lol

If you don't understand the basics of PPV, do a search for PPV in the downloads section, there are a few good resources in their that i have learned from.

I know some people say you just can't get the same reach as you can with PPC, but yeah, everyone has their how opinion.
