The first one is a lot better. The second looks a bit cheesy. It looks like it tries to be entertaining but failed.

I prefer the first logo although the second one is good too. For your website, I suggest you use the first one as it looks clean and professional. The GD logo is simple and in my opinion, it?s going to make good impression on your clients. Just polish it a little if you want but in any case you?re good to go.
