The first one seems to be taking all the votes and I think it's because it looks a lot more professional and clean for my taste. The second one reminds me of some school logo or something... I'm not sure but I just don't like it that much.

The first one all the way bro.

Go for the first one its look sleek and simple and could be easily used as a favicon so i would choose the first one as well.
