the others have too much going on id say clean simple and memorable.
I think I heard once if you can close your eyes and still pretty much remember all of the logo that tends to be preferred.

I would definitely go with the version 1.
I've picked V2 to use with little bit of edition to mix with V1 and V3 feel.
