so I have a website for multiply niches, so in my SEO tool, should i have the url www.example.com

or should I have all my site links running - example below

www.example.com
www.example.com/example1
www.example.com/example1-2
www.example.com/example1-2-3

Dont know which links I should have... hmm?

you should get a lot of diversity on your built backlinks and anchor texts. don't just link to your main page, it doesn't look natural, get a good diversity!

Yes I agree with reno0, you should diversify where your backlinks are pointed to. Think about it, this is naturally what would happen if your site was gaining popularity on its own, right?
