Which link building tools it the best one?

I am going to build the tie2 and tie3 for a blog.
And I check some reviews about this kind of software. Someone recommend "Money robot", and "GSA".
Could someone please tell me which one is better? Or Could you recommend a good one?

I just checked some articles about this kind of software.
Some users said the rankerx build the websites and let their users build the backlinks.
If so, that means all the rankers users have the same backlinks source and similar structure. Is it right?

It seems that GSA is the better one to build backlinks.

I think because the money robot has a low success rate to build links on the others website.
The backlinks build by the money robot are fixed.
If too many people have the same backlinks and structure. You know what Google will do.
 
is this still working? I thought With google spam update, only quality links that matter

Don't use Money Robot, search around here on the forum and you'll see lots of members complaining about their support and they post to their own blog network
