Just wondering what makes google to trigger the GEO Mapping. Name of Places does that, that is for sure. Like " Cheap Insurance in London" or " Cheap restaurant on Chicago".

But there are exceptions. Like "affordable auto" or "affordable autos" triggered geomapping and and my website is the single map over there on first page. (Not getting much visitors though)

    But my main point is,

HOW CAN I KNOW WHICH KEYWORD TRIGGERS THE GEOMAPPING OF GOOGLE & WHAT IS BEST WAY TO FIND IT ?

I strongly recommend using Googles adword keyword tool and insights.

    What's great about those two...

    No guessing.

Adwords keyword tool will let you limit your search to only local relevance and mobile search.

This way you can start with a broad search like cars...

Then see what adwords gives you for exact match suggestions.

It's been helpful for me to target niches.

Google insights tool is also great for seeing large metro area search volume.

For example if you limit your search to the LA area and keep seeing the search term "smog check".

Then you can probably bet that Google will pull up local matches for it.

    Hope that helps you :)

    Good Luck!

There is a tool floating around called the 10 box finder or something. Drop keywords and cities in and it will show you which ones trigger the geo results.
