No one is going to get correct results until Googles new algorithm is done and settled.

i would recommend you to try:
SERPCloud

You can have Google and it's local regions with language based tracking
Bing,yahoo and yandex too
Also Youtube.
On demand tracking too

I've officially selected serpfox. Their support is helpful and the tracker is pretty accurate.

I originally use serplab to track all keywords, but my sites dance a lot probably because of the Penguin 4 testing, now it seems more stable. During the dance, i tried serpbook, whatsmyserp, pro ran tracker, serpcloud and none of them can track the dance. All of them showed different results. So i added one site to GWT and serplab has the most accurate result to GWT. So I recommend serplab.
