Which Keyword Tool Is Correct SEOmoz Difficulty Or Google!

I'm doing keyword research using SEOmoz's tool for how hard it would
be to rank for a keyword using the difficulty score.

The keyword i just checked is showing a rating of 46 which is suppose
to be a moderately competitive keyword.

Here's some info on the Keyword Difficulty Scores.

76%-100% - Extremely Competitive:

51%-75% - Highly Competitive:

26-50% - Moderately Competitive:

0-25% - Non-Competitive:

I just did a intitle: and inurl: search in Google for the keyword phrase
& Googles showing 8 results for my competitors here's how I searched.

inurl:"keyword search" intitle:"keyword search"

Which one is correct Google or seomoz tool.

This is the main confusion a lot of newbies face, the best way to gauge comeptition is by analyzing the sites ranking Top 10, which SEOmoz does.

inurl:"keyword search" intitle:"keyword search" doesn't show the competitiveness of the keyword. Just think, why would Google give us that data? It's better that they hide it so we don't game Google.

inurl only shows how many sites have "keyword search" in the URL and are indexed by Google, it doesn't show how strong those sites are. Same goes for intitle, and results with or without quotes.

I'll rely on what seomoz says then, to bad they don't let you import
400 keywords at once instead of only 5 at a time.
