1.Micro Niche Finder
2.Keyword Scout
3.Market Samurai

I use Niche Finder..
Micro Niche Finder is good too, but I was facing weird 'internet explorer script error' again and again.

KeywordDatabase.net checks for EMDs.
you can also filter the database to only show keywords with an EMD available.

I recommend Ultimate Niche Finder to generate thousands of keywords in a short span of time, coupled with Market Samurai for competition research.

Edit: Ultimate Niche Finder can also check for EMD's.

I use NF and Keyword scout to find EMD. Both tools are working well.

I use Market Samurai and Traffic Travis.

But I'll most likely move to Micro Niche Finder soon. I like it a lot better than Market Samurai.
