Hi,
If you had a choice of two different job positions with the same salary which one would you choose?
Job 1: Almost no work at all but if there is work, it’s very difficult and you feel you can’t cope and have to ask your manager or other team members for help. This gives you the feeling you are dumb but you are in your comfort zone as nobody cares you don’t know what you are doing.
Job 2: A lot of work, but you are an expert, so work is easy and you have the feeling you are good at everything you touch. But, as I said, there is so much work that you wish the day was longer to complete your tasks.
The salary is good and equal for both job positions. Both jobs are close to your home, so you don't pay for transport.
