look for evergreen niches with low competition instead of chasing trends. Consistent traffic usually makes a site much easier to flip.

A next level person wouldn't have to ask he would have a flippa spreadsheet researched back for months with saved data, to reflect on what the best sites for flipping are and which ones he can realistically build.

If you are not that @Next Level person then be the @Second Best Next Level person, lol and start that research today. Very few people look deeply into subjects before they start making money on them. Don't be a wannabe money maker. Be the person on the block that does their homework, and has the skills and bank balance to prove they know their stuff. You can only do this with quality research. Asking people on forum isn't research. You have to find meanngful public data, that you can draw insights that nobody has drawn yet.
