the one provided by local internet providers! seriously!! it gives you true speed and you external variables outside of your and service provider control is minimized

If you use speedtest.net do the tests through the app not browser https://www.speedtest.net/apps/windows it's more accurate as CPU maybe a bottleneck while doing the test in browser.
