I don't think any crypto exchange has a good reputation. Binance and Coinbase feel pretty safe due to their size, but that's it.

Binance. It fails to comply even with the simplest of regulations (at least that's how it was one or two years ago), many countries had banned it, and I believe that more will follow.
Binance failed to realize that since bitcoin becomes more mainstream, and is now considered an investment by any means, they are a financial service provider.

It is the biggest exchange. Because of the volume they handle, there will always be issues.
