Which is the most accurate&uptodate keyword tool?

I know for a fact that google adwords keyword tool is not at all accurate at all.
wordtracker is a bit more accurate but it not up to date,it gives old 1 year before results.
Can you suggest some good accurate up to date keyword research tool?
Even if its a paid tool,its OK,please suggest a good keyword tool which is accurate and up to date and donot inflate and show up fake results.

i focus on google traffic so to me its the google adwords tool plus the keyword suggestions
