Which is the fast method to realise 300ip from 100ip

The shopping season is coming, everyone try marketing, get more orders, but for our business based on google, that means we need more traffic, now we only have about 100 ip per day, how to increase it to 300 ip above in one month? those traffic need come from google, related articles and other, most need focus on exact traffic.
I have purchase press realse service on blackhatworld, but do not know the effect, whether it will get traffic.
I also know email marketing is a method, but i do not know which email software could collect email and send it, not be marked as spam

ip seems to mean "intelligent people". I believe you didn't count your visits ?

My best guess was that he means i.p. addresses. As in each unique visitor has his/her own i.p. address.
