the micro site only have 5 or 6 pages.

and the autoblog is bigger than it

If you have a good niche I like micro sites much better. They are both good methods, I just find that I do a lot better with good micro sites that have a keyword domain with great content.

But I have only just messed around with autoblogs, I just don't like them. That's just my personal preference. I would much rather have hundreds of original micro sites that will not get banned, then hundreds of auto blogs that can all be taken out by google if they don't like them anymore.

it deends which ones bring you the most traffic if the micro sites bring in more traffic to you then of course they are better and visa versa for the autoblog.

People moved to blogs because Google liked them better SEO wise, and blogs were easier to set up and add content to while supporting the items being marketed. Micro sites were easier to identify as spam or made for adsense due to their limited size. You could set up a series of blogs that are WH to accomodate adsense, and 'buffer' microsites backlinked to them that are BH to the gills, to have the best of both worlds.
