GSA search engine ranker does the job.(tutorial on youtube from Matthew Woodward can help you understanding the soft).
Senuke XCr too. I thinks these tools are the most used for automated linkbuilding

DiscoHat is right when he's speaking about scrapebox and xrumer too. You have to check exactly what you need before choosing the good ones. GSA and Senuke are a bit more complicated than scrapebox. In GSA you can build link to website A and auto build link to these new links, etc ,etc. Hope this helped.

If you ain't going to run the tool you buy 24/7 for months in a row you are probably better off just buying Fiverr GSA gigs. GSA+ GSA captcha breaker will cost you around $200 + you have to buy proxies ( monthly) + emails and you have to scrape or again buy a list. Find a good seller on Fiverr if you only need backlinks for a few projects.
