You don't need to buy any template. If you know how to use elementor then you can build any. I do research my competitors and whatever the design I like I replicate it.

Astra with construction theme + elementor (free one will work). Other than this you will either need tablepress or some other plugin to build tables.

You don´t need anything outside those 3 themes. They have proven to be the lightest and fastest WP themes on the market today and, particularly, Astra offers so many amazing dummy themes you can download for free.

They even offer dummy themes for each of the top 4 page builders. So, seriously, it doesn´t get any easier than this.

One theme that i think is really clean and simple is "Schema lite" from MyThemeShop which is free.

However, if your willing to spend a bit of money go for the full version.
