I get much better results and success rate with Sick Submitter.

Me too. When tailored with the correct templates and packets, Sick Submitter is akin to owning a custom bot. The problem is, lots of people expect it to work like magic out of the box (which is actually understandable), and become disappointed when they get poor results from its handful of pre-loaded sites.
