Which is the best SEO service?

I just checked the buy/sell services..
A lot of Seo services, but I can't chose the best SEO service ..
What is best: Blog commenting, Linkwheels, Forum Profiles, Directory Sumbissions?
I am really confused, what are the pros and cons of each and which one is the best?

I don't think you're going to get an answer to which is best. Some are good and some are not so good. You need to look at it from a cost comparison. How much work is getting done for the price.

Personally I think there's only a few good services in the buy/sell section. BassTrackerBoats has a good service with his linkpush and MrE has a good article marketing service. Tom4Business has a good link pyramid service. I honestly think most of the commenting and directory services are a waste of money. There's a couple of other services I use occasionally like xbox360gurl and the hoth service.

Directories pretty much suck and if you want to comment just buy scrapebox. Most XRumer services suck too since the links never get indexed without you having to put in the extra work.

Just look around and compare services.

I have scrapebox but never used it properly ..
A lot of comments are deleted and my main website link will be banned by WP sites. I guess, I should buy auto-approve list.

Concerning Xrumer, I see a lot of profile services for sale at Buy/Sell section, Why do you believe Xrumer services suck?
 
I've tried quite a few but I can tell you my next purchase will be BassTrackerBoats linkpush service. Go read the thread and make a decision yourself but it sounds like a great deal.
