Which is the best resource to create a sitemap

How do we create a site map exactly and which is the best resource to create it .

What is the process to make it manually.

After making sitemap, where do we submit it.

Here's what I'm doing (and it kills it):

1. Get a pen and paper
2. Write down all the urls of your website
3. Post to google, yahoo and bing.

I hope it's a typo because 6 months is way too long!!!
And I have no idea why you are asking for +rep for this post.

lol this guy is funny, type and asking for rep, mate i got mine indexed in like a day,

u need to do 3 things

1) submit your website URL any directory you can find (try and use directory submit software if possible, if not dont worry)
2) go to xml-sitemaps.com, download your xml file and upload it to your host root directory.
3) go to google webmasters, submit your website, verify it (google will give u instructions on how to do that pretty simple) and submit your sitemap

probably something like yoursite.com/sitemap.xml

For the OP, either don't bother, use a plugin if you're on wordpress, or one of the online crawler things if it's a static site.
