which is the Best PPC site to promote CPA offers

I use before 7search but bad experience with it ...
I spent 50 $ and I promote 6 different offers , they were 1.Download , 1.Sale , 1.Lead , 3 Email Submit , and I did not any Action for 50 $ campaign , I had clicks but no ACTION

any suggestion ?????

You need to use a site that uses a conversion pixel on your campaign so it can target only traffic which is going to convert for you.

We offer such a service but I'm sure others do as well. What was your CPC?

Hello,

While it's not my intention to sound bias. You should try out our PPC network (growingads) for your advertising needs as we're able to target your vertical and age/sex of the user for optimal targeting and since we grade all the sites in our network based on conversion rates they offer you can get the best bang for your buck. In addition we have many other features but I don't want to bombard you with that unless you're interested.

As for other networks, I've heard good things about Bing & Klixfeed.

Go for bing, I heard they have very high CR better than adwords.
