150 Euro I want to spent ? google adwords it's to much expensive ...
also my countrys are split , I want to know which is the best PPC or PPV to promote my mlm product for those countrys : UK , FRANCE , SPAIN , Sweden , Germany , Swetzeland , Austri

No one can really tell you for sure. You've gotta try out a few different avenues. Try out a network that is able to target your exact demographic (age,sex,market)

The problem is the target audience. Do you have demographics? Who is the people that will buy your MLM? A product can work great in Bing and not Google because of the audience.
