I use WP-Amazon and insert the images into the posts directly using it. Works for me!

Hi, I recommend you the Amazon Gallery for Affiliates plugin ( wpplugin.me/amazon-gallery ) which fetches the product images through Amazon product advertising API and inserts them as a gallery in your wordpress site. This way you don't have to insert the images manually, the plugin does it for you. Saves lots of time and also looks nice. The visitors love it.

Right now this one is my favorite. It saves a ton if time and if you have traffic from outside the US, it can convert (Uk / Can / Etc)

It is not cheap, but if you have traffic, want to save time, it's the way to go.
