As the title says, i'm looking for the best script that could be used for a card shop for a offline business?

There is nothing best on every things there are some faults. You have to write your own script by using your own logic behind that in order to that it will be secure and most effective as you want.

I don't really know about scripts but for platforms, I would recommend you Magento as those sites rank pretty well & it is an open source so you are not limited with the designing.
