I would combine two elements:
1. Magic Article Submitter -
2. FreeTrafficSystem
MAS - allows you to auto register accounts at ArticleFriendly and ArticleDashboard article directories and you can submit spun articles. It costs one time $55
FTS - they have both free and Pro membership while the Pro has additional benefits. You can submit spun articles.
