Which is more important? Age or traffic?

I know a good ammount of both is important but what if you have a new website with a ton of traffic. By new I mean 3-4 months old.

As far as money goes should you sit on it a while until it gets older or does that not change the value?

Value primarily depends on your monthly revenue instead of age and traffic. A site earning some revenue for 3-4 months is much inferior to a site earning same amount for 1 whole year.

Surely Revenue plays the major role, but the consistency of revenue is also Important

I agree. Revenue plays the major role compared to traffic and age of the domain. It can be a new website but can earn good money and beat other old websites.

Well out of the two. I would say traffic. You can have a 10 year old site, barely receiving any hits, but you could also having a brand new site going viral.

All in all though, Revenue.
