All else equal (links, content, on-site SEO), Which do you think would be easier to rank?
1. keyword+cityname.net or com (brand new domain)

or

2. 10 year old PR1 NON-keyword.com domain /cityname



examples
1. DishWasherRepairAtlanta.net (new domain)

2. DWworld.com/Atlanta

both comes with the same time depending on your SEO working !!! domain age helps you in coming up as well as keyword in domain !!! so it depends on your work

I'm really liking that 10yrs + PR1, I'd personally go with that...

I like the 10 year old domain but agree with Shazansayani, both will work and it depends on your seo work.

If I were a google engineer for the rank algorithm, I'd make domain age weigh more than keywords in the domain.
