WHICH IS BETTER VPN or PRIVATE PROXY - FOR FACEBOOK ADS OPTIMIZATION

Hello Friends-

Which is optimal, a city-specific VPN or a city-specific Private Proxy? (For FB Ads account)

Please advise! :-)

I have had success with a new FB acct with an HMA VPN (its been about 1 week now of smooth sailing), but I was just informed its simply a matter of time before they catch it-- and apparently a private proxy specific to my city is now the best bet.

Anyone who can elaborate on this, it would be amazingly appreciated.

And finally, where is the best spot/site to get a Private Proxy specific to my CITY- And does the proxy need to be Socks5? What type of private proxy should I be looking for?

The best is a VPN. Private proxies leak your real ip and DNS. But HMA is very abused. You must search for a VPN which is not used by internet marketers.

Thanks Remington-

Someone just wrote to me stating that Private Proxies are better than VPNs now (they used to say VPNs were optimal) but they changed their mind.

I am simply trying to figure out what is best. :-)

Can you recommend a VPN that isnt saturated? PM me if you dont want to make it public..

VPN if it's one that isn't too popular/abused, private proxies otherwise.
 
Thanks Hacko - How would one know if a VPN is abused? Just by the popularity of the VPN provider?

IE: HMA would be abused, and its best to find another?
 
Go for private proxies. I prefer these proxies over VPN.
 
I would honestly suggest using a private VPN or proxies if you have them available or can get them.
 
Well VPN is the good option in both because with VPN you can get different protocols (PPTP, L2TP, Openvpn, SSH etc..) which provide high data encryption method and anonymity on internet.. search on google for more details
 
If I had to give numbers, the first would be a VPN, second would be proxy and third would be Tor. Some people may find this wrong, but Tor can be used to gain unauthorized access to your system and sometimes may do a great harm. I mean anybody can make a node and try to get you. There have been incidents like that alike as well. So yeah, VPN or proxies if I had to choose. I'd go with a good VPN though. Just like PureVPN
