Which is better to use Secondary Domain or Parasite/Web2.0

I'm getting lots of links from all sorts of small business websites (they are using an image with a link attached to it). I do not want to risk and link directly to my main money site. So is it better to use secondary domain or parasite/web2.0 for these links? And then I will insert my money site link inside secondary domain or parasite/web2.0.

My logic says that secondary domains are better (more powerful) to use?

Site/Blog with a new domain and hosting. Like a bridge page.

Lets see if I got your question.

You have access to links from genuine small business, through image links.
And you want to use a buffer (web2.0's for example), as tier 1 while the 'business links' will be tier 2.

If that is the case, why the $*%& would you do that? If those sites are genuine sites/businesses why would you be afraid of google?

PBN website is usually better,
if the links are natural from real websites then you could point them to your money site without any worries
