Which is better to mix with SAPE links?

Hey,
I have recently(10 days ago) added 150 SAPE links to my money site. I am still waiting to see results. My TF jumped to 21 and CF to 27. But I am still waiting for links to index and my site appears on SERP because the site doesn't appear on SERP.
My niche is Low competitive. On Google Keyword tool it shows up to 5k monthly searches but someone told me that Google is not showing all data. So it could be more than 5k.
So before I continue I want to ask you something. Why my site is not on google search? The site IS indexed. Also it was not spammed in the past. If you have any ideas.

Now I was thinking of building some backlinks with GSA SER. But I have no idea which method to use. Churn and burn or Tier Link building which worked in the past? In the past I was working with Matthew's Woodward's Tier link building tutorial and ranked my site. But don't know if that is still working now. Please post me any suggestions which method works with GSA.

Also have few questions.
Where to buy the best private proxies for a decent price?
Which Link indexer service is the best also for a decent price. I found that someone used this one for churn and burn method: http://www.indexification.com/ . In the past I was using Instant link indexer.

I would not use GSA directly to the money site. Buy some web 2.0s and tier link to them.

Since you need a lot of Tier 1 links I would buy a link diversification service (this seems nice http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/seo-link-building/651202-link-essence-those-links-you-never-had-before.html) and some high pr blog comments to help mix things up.

What if I build web 2.0 myself and then build links to that web 2.0, for example blogger?

I suggest to not use GSA now,first build links on high PR website with quality content or buy from marketplace.
Get some more TF and DA.
For Proxy,you can use HMA.

Build some web 2.0's ,social bookmarks,blog comments (Tier 1) for diversifying.Otherwise,purchase a service to get your job done.

Yep create your own web 2.0 property and backlink it using SEO tools. Do post more than couple of article in each property and the first article without any link.

You should normally build the diverse links first and let that settle in before purchasing Sape links to your site.

are you sure that Sape links good? you select them manually or just by fixed parameters?

Well some long time ago. It was 2014 I ranked my site with tier link building that way I didn't build backlinks to money site. But to some web 2.0.
So I have made a blogger now and will post 2 posts. 1st post with no links and then 2nd with links. And I will use this blogger links as money site and build tier links to it.
Maybe that can work?
